This website aims at introducing the Government Accounting Standard Committee and its products.
The Government Accounting Standard Committee (the Committee) is an independent committee appointed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia with the main tasks are to prepare, formulate, and compile Government Accounting Standards as the standards in preparing the financial statements of the Government of Indonesia.
Since the establishment of the Committee in 2004, the Committee has generated various government accounting products that are considered as a significant contribution to the accounting reform in Indonesia. Those products are, among others, Government Accounting Standards, Technical Bulletins, and studies.
We wish to utilize this website as a media of information and communication to the accounting community internationally. Therefore, we are very welcome and looking forward for constructive feedback.
